3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts holding a zero balance may be closed after the applicable inactivity period without further notice.

4.2 Deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is owned by a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may affect platform availability, and 298pk will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your 298pk account at any time by submitting a written closure request to our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
